Terms of use
VB Notes is made by Ramarya Consultancy. By using the app or this website you agree to these terms. They are short because the app is simple: it is free, it has no account, and it keeps your notes in your own folder.
Using VB Notes
VB Notes is free to use, with no in-app purchases. You may use it for personal or work notes. Please don't use it to break the law or to harm others.
Your notes are yours
Everything you write, record or attach stays yours. VB Notes stores it as files in the folder you choose and does not send it to us. You are responsible for keeping copies of anything important; the folder can be backed up like any other.
Downloads from app stores
When you get VB Notes from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. When you get it from Google Play, Google Play's terms apply.
The code
The source code is published on GitHub under the MIT License, which sets out how the code may be reused.
No warranty
VB Notes is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. We work to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of errors or always available, and we are not liable for any loss of data or other damage that comes from using it, as far as the law allows.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date. For questions, open an issue on GitHub.
